Finally today I paid all the outstanding balance of my RHB EVO Credit Card and terminated it. I strongly advice to all of my friends not to use its service and card. Their officers are lousy and rude! One thing that made me frustrated was when I wanted to made my payment for my baby's hospitality fees, it doesn't work and it denied my payment. So today I returned my card to RHB Bank and soon the officer from KL called me to replace new card for me. I tell him "what new card??? I am dissapointed with your service and please proceed with the card termination.." You guess what..the officer just said "OK" and hung up. So I wonder is this the way and attitude shown by the RHB customer service? Well you go and think of it. I am now happy with the services provided by other well known bank such as Citibank, Alliance, Standard Chartered, UOB and etc. Furthermore I hold the card for almost 5 years and they not even raise the credit limit and it stagnant at RM3,500.00 ! I felt so funny when other bank gave me the higher limit to 5-digits figure. To all the RHB superiors who ever read my blog, please change all your officers. Hire the only one that really provide customer service not just for the sake of getting every month salary.
